This project involves the complete site re-development of the 210-acre former General Dynamics Aerospace Plant Facility, including construction of three miles of dedicated streets at Clairemont Mesa Blvd. & SR 163 in the City of San Diego. The project scope included earthwork, storm, sewer and water lines, retaining walls, joint trench utilities, major overhead utility conversion to underground systems, surface improvements and landscaping.
The project was chosen by the American Society of Civil Engineers as the 2002 Project of the Year.
