The Santa Fe Redevelopment project brings residential real estate to downtown San Diego. The project includes construction of two residential hi- rise towers and mixed use re- development of the Santa Fe Depot site and building. Located in one of the oldest areas in the City’s Urban Core, there was extensive regional improvement constructed through- out the busiest part of the San Diego downtown waterfront. This project was one of the first of the Broadway & Coast Hwy redevelopment projects. We are currently involved in the costing, value engineering and design review for both the North Embarcadero Visionary Plan and the Broadway Cruise Ship Terminal.
