The Bressi Ranch Master Planned Community was Coastal San Diego’s last Master Planned Community. The project included the site development of the historic Bressi Ranch located at the intersection of Palomar Airport Road and El Camino Real. The project involved major earthmoving, development of six Residential Planning Areas, five major Industrial Sites and the construction of two major arterial roads, Poinsettia Lane and El Fuerte Street.
Additionally, J T Kruer & Co coordinated and managed all of the Carlsbad Assessment District work for the major off- site roadways, supervised the extensive earthwork, installation of the on-site surface and underground improvements, major CIP water facilities, parks, amenities, and landscaping. One of the key reasons for the project’s success was the partnering relationship established between J T Kruer & Co, Lennar Communities and the City of Carlsbad.
